The working process of automatic hot melt labeling machine:
1.First, the feed starwheel picks up the container and places it on the container table. When it is between the container plate and the centering bell, the container rotation starts.
2.In order to achieve continuous web tension, adjust the speed of the feed roller according to the required label length. The threading device is very good and can provide the best film.
3.During cutting, PLC command and servo motor provide accurate cutting point to accurately cut labels.
4.The label is stuck together by two narrow hot-melt tapes, and the glue roller is heated and applied to the leading and trailing edges of the label.
5.The front edge of the label is provided with adhesive tape, which can accurately locate and glue the label on the front.
6.With the rotation of the container, the label is stuck tightly and glued accurately.
