It includes host conveying mechanism, conveying mechanism, bottle dividing mechanism and bottle feeding mechanism. In addition, bottle feeding mechanism is the mechancial part of hot glue labeling machine, which is used together with screw bottle submersible and star wheel positioning feeder, more accurate and stable. It also has position mechanism. To locate and label the flattened bottle, cam mechanism track is used. It has pressure mark mechanism and bottle guide mechanism. It uses dual coordinate adjustable guide rail.

2.According to the spacing of the star wheel, the bottle separating screw separates the container to a certain distance, and the container is transferred to the container turntable through the inlet star wheel.
3.First, fix the container with the bottle pressing mechanism and the container mold base, and then the container begins to rotate.
4.Mechanical positioning of products in advance during rotation.
5.When the electric eye detects the container, the computer host manipulates the labeling system to issue the label.
6.When the container is rotated, the label can be attached to the container efficiently and accurately.
