It is a prefilled syringe filling machine which is specifically designed for laboratory pre-filling syringes and suitable for filling 1-20ml glass syringe (BD tube).

Basic Function of Our Prefilled Syringe Filling Machine:
1.The mixer syringe is automatically placed into the thumbwheel by chute and will down the chute as rows. The dial wheel rotates intermittently. One feeding wheel only serve for one syringe and will transport them to the next working part. (It can also be carried out as the way of using the automatic feeding mechanism)
2.The filling process: After the syringe is brought to the filling part, it will be inserted by a single liquid filling needle which will rise and fill at the same time. Besides, the syringe is sealed for vacuum as the filling going on.
3.The stopper: The syringe is passed to the stopper station by dial wheel and is stoppered by the stopper which is sent to the top of the syringe through a special track.
4.The finished products: After the syringe is filled and sealed, it enters the collecting part where it can be manually picked up when it slides out through the suspension.
