The Working Process of Our Syrup Capping Machine:
1.The automatic conveyor puts the glass bottles onto the turntable. You can put the bottle directly on it. Bottle sorting machine is used to automatically sort bottles and complete automatic bottle loading.
2.When the bottle is on the turntable, start the sensor and the turntable starts to work.
3.The filling nozzle is used for filling syrup. Peristaltic or piston type can be customized according to different materials and filling volume. Fill the syrup with a piston pump. If you want to increase the filling speed, you can increase the number of filling nozzles.
4.Next, close the bottle cap. It can be capped manually or automatically. The automatic cover shall match the vibration plate of the cover. The vibrating plate can be customized according to the bottle cap and is used to install the inner cap and outer cap. The bottle cap only needs a set of vibrating plates, which are used to classify different types of bottle caps and automatically put each bottle into the bottle guide. The inner cover and the outer cover are combined in one cover.
5.The last step is to cap the station. Place the bottle on the disc mold and tighten the lid.
